This is the first time I’ve ever heard of the Texas Roadhouse Meat Cutting Challenge, and from the looks of it, it’s pretty freaking intense! The event puts some of the best butchers against one another to cut the best possible piece of meat. I’m talking about using rulers to measure out exactly how thick a piece of meat is going to be–the goal is to have the perfect cut. I wonder if they cook the meat after it’s been cut; if so, I want to be there for the next competition. That looks freaking good.
