The $1,000,000 Iphone 4 Protoype

What would you pay for an iPhone 4 prototype that Apple engineers used? would you pay $1 mil for it? If that’s something that you are interested, this iPhone 4 prototype is on  ebay right now. The bidding started out at $98 bucks, but 91 bids later, the phone went up to a staggering 1 million dollars. This is the phone that was used by publishers, testers, and engineers, to make sure the phone was working properly before it was released to the public, the serial numbers for the phone are  XXXXX and FCC ID: BCGAXXXXX IC ID: 579C-AXXXXX.That proves that it was an unreleased version of the iPhone 4.

Only problem is that Apple decided to brick the phone to keep people from adding any type of programs, or snooping around the insides of the phone. The Owner of the phone said that the phone will not allow any type of software to be uploaded, it also will not work on any service, he even tried to use an AT&T sim card to activate the phone to no avail.

So, for $1,000,000 bucks, you will effectively be getting a paper weigh device, I guess you can use it to keep some of your money from flying around all over the room. Unless, that guy who is winning the bid knows something that we don’t know.  Via: TekGoblin
