Well, it is finally official, all the rumors of the Motorola Droid 3 coming out later this month have finally been confirmed by Verizon. They will start to ship out the new Droid on July 14, 2011. It will run on the Gingerbread, it will have a 1 GHz Dual Core Processor, have international GSM Roaming, an 8 Megapixel Camera, 512 MB of Ram, and a 4 Inch qHD display with 1080p video playback using an HDMI Port. Full-price is $459.99, but on-contract it’ll set you back a reasonable $199.99.
Now, if you are a Verizon member already you wont have to worry about the data plan, but if you are a new customer you will have to abide by the new new data plans, which start at $10 monthly for 75MB and go on up to $80 for 10GB.
